Civil engineer looking for a job

I am a Sudanese civil engineer based in Sudan with 10 years of experience all in Saudi Arabia. I am looking for someone who would have a desire to start his own business (institution/contracting company) at the lowest costs (implementing residential buildings) and I manage work with him and develop business plans and company system so that the company has a known name in the labor market. I have a high ability to manage and develop the work of organizations, manage and follow up their projects using a program (MS Project). Because I worked as a Project Manager and Executive Engineer in Aramco projects, Saudi power plant projects and the National Guard, as well as in factories for cement products.
