We are hiring an accountant

Requirements: Bachelor's degree with accounting or related work experience 2-5 years working experience Responsibilities: Account for agency usage for all divisions, including prepare spreadsheet monthly; Upload related journal entries; Audit accounts and agency rates for accuracy. Prepare analysis for average working rates for all divisions each month and send to director for each division for review and follow-up. Performs general ledger account reconciliations, issues invoices, researches and performs collections to keep accounts current. Provide backup assistance during staff absences. Develops and publishes statistical information and monthly reports. Ensures proper reconciliation and substantiation of account balances. Assists with additional departmental projects as required.
